The Ministry of the Interior has received 8 motorbikes and 2 television sets from Kantanka Automobile Company Limited to support its operational activities.
Receiving the donation on Wednesday in Accra, the Minister for the sector, Mr Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, expressed appreciation for the gesture, describing it as a timely intervention to enhance service delivery within the Ministry.
He reiterated that the gesture would help strengthen service delivery, as the motorbikes, in particular, would improve mobility and support field operations.
The Minister assured that the items would be put to effective use in line with the Ministry’s mandate, adding that partnerships between the private sector and government institutions are important to national development.
Mr Muntaka commended the Company for its commitment to contributing to national development through socially responsible actions.
