The Ghana Air Force has concluded a three-day officers convention with emphasisis on the subject that the true strength of the Ghana Air Force lies in its officers, not merely in its platforms or structures.
The convention which was on theme “Building Resilient and Capable Officers for Operational Excellence.”, provided a platform for collaboration, learning, and strategic discussions, bringing together key personnel and leadership within the Air Force.
The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Vice Marshal Eric Agyen-Frempong, urged attendees to apply the lessons learnt during the convention to their daily duties and highlighted the Service’s commitment to professionalism, excellence, and discipline, expressing confidence in the officers’ ability to meet both current and future national defense challenges.
He extended sincere appreciation to the Air Force Base Accra Commander, the Planning Committee, resource persons, facilitators, and all contributors for their roles in making the convention a success.
Air Vice Marshal Agyen-Frempong also noted the high level of participation, open discussions, and practical insights shared during the event, calling these encouraging signs of institutional growth.
