The Minister for Works and Housing, Mr Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, has emphasised the transformative role of the newly assented 24-Hour Economy Authority Bill in reshaping Ghana’s housing sector.
At the annual breakfast meeting of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) on Tuesday, he urged developers to seize the opportunities presented by the 24-Hour Economy framework.
The Minister noted that aligning investments with emerging growth corridors will accelerate housing delivery and support the national development agenda.
He assured stakeholders of the Ministry’s commitment to collaborate with GREDA in implementing sustainable housing reforms across the country, reflecting the government’s resetting agenda.
