The Northern Regional Minister, Mr Ali Adolf John, has called on staff of the Northern Regional Coordinating Council (NRCC) to be innovative and adapt to new challenges of the public sector environment.
He encouraged them to be open in communication and emphasised the need for departmental collaboration and mutual support, saying they are key drivers of effective service delivery. He added that their dedication and professionalism are the reasons for the Council’s progress.
The Minister stated this at NRCC’s 2025 End-of-Year-Get-Together held last Friday in Tamale.
Mr John also entreated them to continue advocating for the needs of citizens with a shared sense of responsibility, emphasising that collective effort remains a key determinant for the progress of the region.
The Acting Chief Director of the NRCC, Mr Sumaila Ewuntomah Abudu, commended the staff for demonstrating high-level professionalism, noting that they rose above numerous challenges encountered in their line of duty and remained committed, which resulted in the effective coordination of government policies and programmes in the region.
