Ghana’s Ambassador to Türkiye Calls on Atwima Mponua DCE

The District Chief Executive of Atwima Mponua, Hon. Ibrahim Issahak, has received a courtesy visit from Ghana’s Ambassador to Türkiye, H.E. Sheikh Abdul Nasir-Deen, at his office on Wednesday.

The Ambassador was accompanied by high-level officials from the Turkish government, making the visit both significant and inspiring.

The discussions were productive and full of hope for the people of Atwima Mponua. H.E. Sheikh Abdul Nasir-Deen reaffirmed his strong commitment to supporting the district, particularly in securing a twinning partnership with institutions in Turkey and exploring other opportunities that will position Atwima Mponua on the global stage.

A major highlight of the visit was the Ambassador’s generous offer of scholarships for five students from the district to pursue agriculture-related master’s programmes in Turkey, a remarkable and life-changing opportunity for our young people.

The DCE, on behalf of Mponuaman, extended his heartfelt appreciation for this show of goodwill and support.
