The Ashanti Regional Minister, Frank Amoakohene, has called on the staff of the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council (ARCC) to work together as a team to enable the government to build and transform the region.
He made these remarks when he met with the Management of ARCC in Kumasi to familiarise himself with what they do in their various departments.
He informed the staff that the John Mahama-led government has only one term, which has been dubbed “The legacy term”; hence, “The President is therefore poised to make an impact in the most significant area of our national life,” he added.
These areas he mentioned included agriculture, commerce, employment, mining, sanitation, and security, among others.
The Chief Director of the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council, Michael Owusu Amoako, assured the minister of the staff’s cooperation and support.
