The Cyber Security Authority(CSA) in partnership with Meta, is set to organize a specialized digital communication capacity-building workshop for managers of public sector institutions as part of efforts to develop Ghana’s digital landscape.
This initiative scheduled for November 17, 2025, aims to create a safe, informed, and accountable digital space for all Ghanaians.
Participants in the workshop will learn about various essential aspects of digital communication. Topics include an introduction to organic social media tools, developing a strong online presence, creating engaging content, measuring organic performance, best practices for paid campaigns, and utilizing WhatsApp for Business.
Additionally, an overview of the Meta Pro support portal will be provided, equipping participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their digital communication strategies.
This workshop represents a significant step toward empowering public sector managers with the skills necessary to navigate the digital landscape effectively and engage meaningfully with citizens.
