Works and Housing Minister commissions new 24-Hour Service Centre

The Minister for Works and Housing, Mr. Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, has officially commissioned the State Housing Company Limited’s new 24-Hour Premium and Express Service Centre.

This facility, located at the head office in Accra, represents a significant advancement in service delivery, aligning with President Mahama’s 24-Hour Economy Policy, a flagship initiative under the broader Reset Agenda.

According to the Minister, beginning Thursday, Ghanaians will have access to a range of services 24/7, including the issuance of Certified True Copies, Consent to Assign, Certified Site Plans, Amendment of Records, Consent to Gift, Regularization, Official Searches, Demarcations, Consent to Vest, Renewal of Lease, Consent to Develop, Consent to Mortgage.

During the commissioning event, Mr. Adjei emphasized the importance of ensuring that the service center is adequately staffed and properly resourced, stressing the need for continuous monitoring to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
