The interactive nature of the session facilitated open dialogue, allowing participants to pose questions and share viewpoints regarding the Act.
One prevalent query centered on the restrictions imposed on certain information despite the overarching right to information granted by the law. Mr. Opoku-Mensah clarified that while individuals possess the right to information, the RTI Act includes exemptions that restrict the dissemination of specific information.
