Speaking at the event, Mrs. Vera Akuffo, the Municipal Coordinating Director highlighted the assembly’s commitment to reducing unnecessary expenditures by utilizing skills already present within the community.

Madam Matilda Mahama, the Regional Director for the Department of Community Development, praised the leadership of Municipal Chief Executive Mr. Kofi Ofori and Municipal Coordinating Director Mrs. Vera Akuffo for their efforts to empower the community. She urged participants to leverage their newly acquired skills not just for personal use but also to create income opportunities for their families amid ongoing economic challenges.
